"Partially ozonated" that an oil has undergone incomplete or short-duration ozonation, so it contains some ozonides and peroxides—the active oxygen compounds formed when ozone (O₃) reacts with the unsaturated fatty acids in the oil—but not to the extent of full ozonation.
